What to Expect from Your First Consultation
The initial conversation is 30–45 minutes, no obligation, and structured so you leave with a clear next step whether or not you decide to work with Aegis.
Response time
We follow up within one business day — usually much sooner. Submissions during evenings or weekends are answered the next morning. If you need something more urgent, call (714) 590-9977 directly.
Choose your meeting format
In person at our Garden Grove office, by video (we use Zoom or Google Meet), or by phone — whichever fits your schedule. Out-of-state and remote clients frequently start with video and progress to in-person as decisions get made.
What we cover
Your goals, timeline, budget, target areas or property type, financing status if you know it, and any concerns you have. If you are earlier in the process, we walk through what typically comes next. If you are further along, we start on the concrete work.
What you take away
A clear next-step plan, our honest read on your situation, referrals to a lender or CPA if you need one, and no pressure to commit. Many clients meet with us months before actually transacting — that is fine, and we would rather you take the time you need than rush a decision.
Office Hours & Logistics
Regular business hours at the Garden Grove office. Same-day meetings are usually possible with a couple hours' notice; scheduled in advance is easier if you want a specific broker.
Saturday hours for showings, meetings, and open houses. Sunday appointments are available by prior arrangement — email or call and we will find a time.
